Liquid cleaner and corrosion inhibitor for plasticising units of plastic processing machines.

Interkor VP 1026 is an extraordinarily efficient cleaning additive with an outstanding mode of operation: the liquid, non-abrasive cleaner is added directly to the subsequent granulate and abruptly foams up under pressure.

This expansion of volume displaces the previous material, the cleaner adheres to colour residue and brings them out with a few shots.

This way, material and colour changes can be carried out in considerably less time and with less material.

After cleaning, a repeated change of material is not necessary.

Interkor VP 1026 works independently of temperature and material and thus can absolutely be used to clean cylinder, screw and hot runners.

The integrated inhibitor prevents rust development inside the plasticising unit and reduces adhesion.

The 1-litre dosing bottle is sufficient for mixing 100 kg of granulate, which equals 100 kg of material-specific cleaning granulate.

Interkor VP 1026 is registered by the US National Sanitation Foundation (NSF) for H2 and thus can be used in the food industry.
