BP 500 Flushing Fluid
Flushing fluid for start hole drilling machines and high-performance high-speed drilling machines (tenfold concentrate).
BP 500 is a high-quality corrosion inhibitor and lubricant to eliminate combustion by copper or brass electrodes.
BP 500 increases the performance and removal capacity and reduces the electrode wear by 30-50 % compared to pure, demineralised water.
The flushing fluid is colourless yellowish, almost odourless and free from graphite additives.
It is produced with demineralised water and offers a very low conductance.
The additionally integrated inhibitor prevents the formation of rust during processing, another ingredient ensures that the pump is well lubricated.
This product is also available as ready-to-use dilution BP 50.
