is a synthetic fluid with high flow properties. The multipurpose fluid is not just suitable for use as a lubricant, rust remover, dehumidifier and to act against moisture but also can be used as a cleaner, to provide temporary corrosion protection and as a surface finish.
The application fields of NEOGLIS PLUS are correspondingly diverse:
Ranging from precision engineering and micromechanics to electronics and electrical engineering and extending to plastic injection moulding and die casting engineering. It can also be applied in numerous ways in the fields of EDM wire erosion and cavity sinking EDM or aluminium machining.
NEOGLIS PLUS has exceptional flow properties, can automatically penetrate into micropores and cracks, channels, overlaps.
NEOGLIS PLUS penetrates coating layers such as metal oxides, rust, grease and dust in a sustained manner.
NEOGLIS PLUS forms a virtually invisible, thin, elastic film, which penetrates moisture and is water-repellent and, for instance, prevents creepage paths in the electrical engineering.
NEOGLIS PLUS activates old oil and grease.
NEOGLIS PLUS cleans without impairing the sliding properties of metals and plastic (by contrast with cleaning with solvents).
NEOGLIS PLUS consists of synthetic substances that do not contain solids, which do not become resinous, carbonise or harden and are effective even at extreme temperatures.
NEOGLIS PLUS does not corrode metals, rubbers, plastics and the standard enamels.
NEOGLIS PLUS is not a hazardous working material.
NEOGLIS PLUS provides lengthy corrosion protection. Its duration of action varies depending on the atmosphere in the storage room. If you need to achieve a longer protective action an inspection is recommendable following the first application. If it is suitable the benefit of a film with an outstanding appearance, which generally does not have to be subsequently removed, is clear for all to see.
NEOGLIS PLUS is not suitable for outdoor exposure, especially if exposed to rain and snow.

Injection moulding machines:
To begin with we recommend that you briefly spray clamping plates covered in fretting corrosion with NEOGLIS PLUS. Following this the fretting corrosion can be removed with your finger. The bright metal surface guarantees the precision of the plate parallel lines.
If the adjustment plates remain in the same position for a longer period of time and are exposed to high pressure, fretting corrosion forms on the traverses. This hinders adjustments to the plates. Oils and greases that have hardened, dust and other residues often adhere to the sliding bearings of the moving plates or traverses, which can be immediately activated with NEOGLIS PLUS.
Cylinder and piston guides, which are contaminated and have become
incrusted can be cleaned immediately. The application reduces the wear
and tear of the seals and wipers. Manual lubrication is performed by
the NEOLUB adhesive film without the disadvantages of subsequent
incrusting. The ultrathin strongly adhesive lubricant film hardly
leaves any residues behind.
Bonnets that have become stiff can be moved easily once more after being sprayed with NEOGLIS PLUS or NEOGLIS.
In the case of hydraulic multiway valves the anchor in the coil is often covered with fretting corrosion caused by the constant changes in the thermal load and atmospheric humidity. A few drops of NEOGLIS PLUS immediately restore the switching functions.
Tools, jaws, slides and ejector pins can be cleaned and lubricated with NEOGLIS PLUS or NEOGLIS including the inaccessible areas. Thanks to the marked lubricating action of NEOGLIS PLUS or NEOGLIS the new tools are run in more quickly and achieve longer service lives.
PVC and other plastics often form residues during processing. Etching of the metal surfaces of gliding parts caused by caustic vapours are alleviated to a large extent with the NEOGLIS products. The sliding properties are retained.
Tool and mould conservating
can be performed with both NEOGLIS and also with the slightly more viscous lubricant NEOLUB for traverses and guideways. No resin formation or hardening arises. The time consuming cleaning of conserved parts ceases to apply.
In the case of moulds for bright, white or transparent injection moulded parts the activating and cleaning properties of the NEO products can be beneficial during the production of moulded parts (dirt and fretting corrosion on moulded parts from ejector pins). In this case we recommend ANTIKOR RS as a conservator and lubricator for ejectors and slides as described separately in the ANTIKOR RS product information.
In this area the use of NEOGLIS PLUS as a lubricant for very thin pins, which snap easily, has proved itself well. Downtimes are markedly reduced.
Tool and mould construction:
All the NEOGLIS products and NEOLUB in particular prevent corrosion, including corrosion caused by hand sweat. The unpleasant characteristics of standard greases and oils are absent when you touch it with your hands.
NEOGLIS PLUS facilitates exact measurements due to its high levels of elasticity and flow properties and does not need to be removed from the gauge blocks. NEOGLIS and NEOLUB also ensure the die sets continue to run well. This prevents stamps from breaking off during punching work.
