Cleaners and care

During the processing of plastics deposits can arise in the tool and impair the quality of the moulded parts. These deposits consist of decomposition products from the plastic material and mixtures of these that contain substances such as stabilisers, flame-retardant additives, anti-static agents etc. The formation of deposits is accelerated by high melt temperatures and poor tool ventilation.
